If you want to use the trolley in Europe you will need to have the correct European Adaptor to charge the battery. Yesterday the trolley refused to move despite having a full battery and the screen indicating a 'power to motor' green square when the go button was pressed.Taken it back to retailer (my golf pro at the club) who has returned it to PowaKaddy. I purchased a Powacaddy FX3 Golf Trolley fitted with a 36 hole Lithium Battery. You have to buy the whole unit. Question for the OP: Does your motor make a noise when in use or is it completely silent? I have a C2, got it when they were first released, now three year old, it now has a cracked screen, a playing partner of mine has a C2i that also has a cracked screen. Contacted distributor Golf Sellers Direct, Byron Ctr, MI, for various part replacements 5 times. Powacaddy provided a good replacement service but the product is not fit for purpose. All new golf batteries and chargers come with a minimum 12 month warranty, unless otherwise stated.
