You have to book the dinner every evening in the main restaurant but there is no obvious or clear instructions about that (where to do that/how etc). The food was absolutely randomly thrown together with no rhyme or reason. 
Could improve the choice of main courses for dinner. But no info was ever available on the TV. Kids club is also available in case you want to leave your kid for sometime. Given the price, I would not expect better decor in rooms, so we were HAPPY. The staff are great and the Entertainment Team are outstanding. Gardens are fantastic. Stayed at hotel, and the hotel effectively started to close up and provide limited service (as they deemed it not in peak season). I stayed here in August, a last minute holiday choice. I was also disappointed that all of the pools closed by 7pm, which meant there wasn't much to do after dinner. Only one option however for white cloth table service and you can only dine there (Zorbas) once during your stay. Nice landscape, with the sea view. It states 6 pools, 5 of them are salt water, 1 chlorine. Contributions should be travel related. Beach needs maintenance, and the gentleman that collects money for the beach could make it a little more pleasant of an experience, I felt like I was paying a fine every time he came around. Resort entrance smelled of sewage, b-day water emerged in shower and shower drained too slowly, leaving a pool of dirty water. We feel absolutely cheated. The views and pools were something out of a postcard. Service very good. Bar, cleaning, animators. Good room layout. Rooms/ facilities very clean. Rating 5 - Excellent. SEA SIDE: Eur4 for sun beds, 3 beaches to choose from and GREAT FOR SNORKELING! Excellent value for money. The only down side was the pools dont open until 10am and shut at 6pm and the main restaurant was always extremely busy. The main pool is right outside this hotel, and it was very good, but being the only big pool it is heavily used and there are not many sunbeds, which are all reserved by guests by 8am. Staff are hit and miss, majority are excellent, but many lacked knowledge of the hotel, other guests told us things not to miss.
