I don't know if I got a bad batch or something, but this perfume is nearly unwearable for me. It smells like Disneyland, like when you walk down Main Street and you can smell all of the little sweet shops. Im a gourmand lover, and I love the original Brazilian Crush Cheirosa 62 and the new Brazilian Crush Cheirosa 40 (in the coral bottle). It was just too sweet and too realistic of a food scent, which makes it harder to wear as a perfume in my mind. Yes. careful not to overspray though. Smells AMAZING layered with the bum bum cream. But honestly, for the price point and how freaking delicious this smells, I don't even mind. feels a little cheap. Its a lot more nutty than the 62 fragrance. The most edible, delicious gourmand. Its nice, however Im glad I bought the 3oz rather than 8oz. This has everything Ive ever wanted in a fragrance (caramel, chocolate, vanilla and macadamia)and yet all I get on me and in the bottle is coconut and a little bit of macadamia. I do want to eat my arm when i smell it, its delicious. i was super wary about this fragrance because everyone was raving about the brazilian crush one for so long and warned that this one can be too intense. In Brazil, this means you smell absolutely irresistible." It smells like creamy macadamia + butterscotch + vanilla. Trust me. A true gourmand. However, this may add to the overall blend if you like those notes. It's so real and so over-sweet that I just cannot imagine wearing it in the Summer. This smells good enough to eat. this is the absolute most realistic cookie scent of all time. Instant comfort. Warm and sophisticated, our Cheirosa 71 is blended with inviting notes of caramelized vanilla, toasted macadamia nut, sea salt, white chocolate and coconut blossom. Warm buttery cookies. To me this smells like what a twix bar tastes like COLD WEATHER scent for sure! Highly recommend buying it, This smells exactly like werthers original caramel hard candies. Wrap yourself in that Body Joy and the decadent deliciousness of this fragrance. I want to eat my arms! When it dries down, it begins to smell like a good, lux perfume! I didnt like this one. So good. the vanilla smell is completely overpowered by the macadamia and the sea salt doesnt help either. To me, it reminds me of nutty caramel chocolate chip cookies dipped in a warm white chocolate vanilla drink. I was worried I wouldnt like this (blind buy) but I do like it. Good scent if you like that vibe though, but I wouldn't use it as something occasional/serious. To the reviewer below, this is a lot stronger than the BBW Christmas cookies is to my nose. Voluptuous, inviting notes of caramelized vanilla, toasted macadamia nut, and tonka bean evoke a state of decadent deliciousness for a touch of warmth with every spritz. Gourmand perfection. And for 20 bucks?? Then it turns into a very yummy macamia cookie scent. To me it smells exactly like Kelloggs multigrain shapes cereal. I cant imagine wearing this in hot humid weather, so this is such a fun winter scent. Sprayed and that was it!! I think I like it better then '62/Brazilian Crush for some reason. Longevity is honestly not too bad for a body spray.. This scent is such a great one. It just feels right and you will smell like an actual SNACK. In the first hour, it's very strong and can fill a whole room. I ADORE this scent. You will smell downright edible. It smells literally like buttery caramel popcorn.. Sipping red wine from a travel thermos. Clean well and reuse your empty bottle for your next DIY project. Smells like a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie with a salted caramel drizzle - I'm in love! I never want to run out of this! This is also great for layering. This is a new fragrance. This smells like cereal milk, and if that's not your vibe then that's on you because I love this literally so much. i actually didn't find this overwhelming or too sweet at all like some gourmand scents i've tested out before. Smell like candle. A bit heavier than 62, but as a scent I think it's better. I don't get any buttery or caramelised popcorn, but instead I get a burnt-sugar type of a sweet vibe. Sweet wintertime cozy fragrance in my opinion. I really didn't think that a perfume could actually be that nutty lol. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing it and was a bit put off by many people mentioning popcorn. Its an everyday scent that doesnt have much depth but gets compliments. Id much rather have a candle in this scent. I like it more in the summer, than winter. Discount applied in cart. Someone have cake? I was expecting caramel & macadamia. It does remind me a lot of the original Coco Cabana, but Cheirosa 71 is nearly identical to the fragrance of their Brazilian Kiss Lip Butter, which has a Doce de Leite scent. It is sweet but not too sweet that it will give you a headache. It's the most caramel, nutty vanilla smell I have tried. Read about this perfume in other languages: Deutsch, Espaol, Franais, etina, Italiano, , Polski, Portugus, , , Nederlands, Srpski, Romn, , , , . Spritz anywhere for uplifting, amazing vibes. Smells like caramel popcorn indeed, the type thats doused in caramel and will give you diabetes. It doesn't last long but I spent $20 on it so I have no issue reapplying it will stay in my collection. That airy buttery, brown sugar and vanilla scent being mixed then adding in freshly toasted macadamia nuts. This smells like what Starbucks Toffee Nut syrup tastes like. I instantly didnt like it. This is utterly delicious. I wish I could drink this it's so attractive and sweet. I LOVE this scent. This smells like buttered popcorn when first sprayed and then it evens out. It seems very fall/winter and is nice for the holidays. If you want to smell as close to a baked good as possible this is the scent for you. To me this smells like caramel flavored Cotton candy with a few sprinkles of macadamia nuts maybe. On my clothes it dried down to a straight candle scent. Gourmand lovers absolute dream. Made in the USA from global, responsibly sourced ingredients. I also get caramelised popcorn from this, but I really love it. This smells absolutely delicious- Ill try to sum it up like this: imagine those ginger bread biscuits from the box but without a strong ginger scent and more of a very nutty, slightly salty and coconut-like scent to it. I can smell it this morning on my pjs but I can not smell it on my arm. For those who enjoy Comptoir De Sud Pacifiques Vanille Cafe, I find this to be pretty close, minus the coffee note, which I find to be a bit bitter and artificial anyway. There is a burnt note, like burnt caramel and after about 5 minutes on my skin a sharp note comes up, it could be the sea salt. Very sweet. I'm so sad. Also when my boyfriend farts and I need something strong to save me from that. Simple sugary fragrance, absolutely delicious literally a gourmand lovers dream. Room spray sorry . The scent is so intense and delicious smelling, makes me crave biscuits so bad!! The macadamia nut accord fades in the dry down but it's my favourite part of the fragrance. I wish it were a lot sweeter. I used to like it but now find it a bit nauseating. I'm not even a gourmand lover and I love this. I think the trick is to layer this over body lotion (I used some random coffee scented lotion). WOOOOW if you want to smell like a SNACKK. But hopefully one that lasts because I've heard that the original body mist was stronger than its matching perfume lol. Caramel, white chocolate, butter cookies and a bit of vanilla. It doesnt smell like cookies to me, (like many say) I get this carnival-y scent? I'd say leans more winter/ fall scent but who cares I'll spray it in my hair in the summer and get compliments for days. A giant macadamia nut white chocolate cookie. It does leave a scent trail, people will know that you were in a room after you've left! Hopefully it does the job! Still - too sweet. It has a good longevity for being a body mist, stays on my skin for maybe 6 hours. Its a very comfy cozy scent, i can not wear it every day cause it is a very easy scent to get sick of. Just got this in the mail today, if youre wondering how it smells, just think of those iced oatmeal cookies-the hard ones with the white icing on top. It's super warm too and makes you smell so edible and yummy! Ive had people come up to me asking why I smelled like coconuts because they know I dont like coconut scents all too well. I have to agree with the other reviews saying that its overpoweringand very buttery which I find rather unpleasant. However this does have unbelievably good lasting power but I have only worn this layered with the bum bum cream. Smells just like glazed popcorn. It's really gourmand it's cool for a walk with my friends on a sunny day but not more. this is my first gourmand scent i've bought! A very intense caramel similar to that in What About Pop or Salt Caramel (Shay & Blue). The longevity however is surprisingly good, sprayed it on at around 7pm and could smell it on my hoodie when waking up. Buttery nutty caramel goodness with a hint of popcorn: the perfect gourmand fragrance Ive spent years searching for. I layer this with the bum bum cream for added tropical vibes. Youll have to be a fan of really sweet and truly edible gourmand scents to enjoy it but if you are you will definitely like this. When I first smelled this I wanted to eat it up! Im in love with this fragrance as I appreciate a nice gourmand, but I can see many hating it. Of course if you're not a fan of "sweet" scents this might not be your favourite but this is so far from that "synthetic" vanilla smell that I feel like everybody should find it easy to like. This is a delectable delight of rich caramel and macademia nuts!! Its incredible. It smells divine but I dont want to smell of it. I watched a lot of reviews before dropping $ on three products. it does ok on clothes but the projection is weak even then. i definitely still like this especially for colder weather. Everyone told me I smell like I've just baked Chrismas cookies. This smells deep-fried and greasy, like carnival food. Long. this smells AMAZING in your hair!!!! There's a salty dry-down that I think is delicious. Very nutty, very warm and inviting. i love sweet smells and when i first tested it in stores i was like ahhh i have to have this (wasn't used to finding true gourmand smells) but the popcorn/buttery smell overtakes any sort of vanilla-y caramel smell and i wanna lowkey throw up when i smell it now. I see other people also say this is the longest lasting of the line, i can't confirm or deny that because i have not tried the others. My boyfriend who is not really into sweet scents, first impression was he wanted to drink a hot drink that was made of this because it smelled delicious. It smells like salt, butter and popcorn. I'm obsessed ! Very strong and concentrated but quickly fades away. I actually get a little nauseous, but its kinda worth it because when it settles it's a beautiful caramel, vanilla and chocolate scent <3 I feel like i'm waking around smelling of chocolate cookie dipped in caramel. It was the headache inducing kind of coconut too. There is an underlying savory nuttiness there too that I think adds to it. Got complimented on this the other day, however the people around me said it smelled of cotton candy which I found interesting. So many reviews on the clock app telling that this is the better, cozier, longer lasting version of the 62. Unfortunately 71 is just too much for me. My signature scent, I haver never gotten so many compliments for a scent before. Reminds me of the overpowering buttered popcorn scent in the Coco Cabana version, but more deeply burnt and overly sweet. Without white chocolate I think itd be an amazing nutty caramel scent I was actually looking for. Quite uplifting but I got bored of it extremely quick, there is no contradiction in it, grounding base or something making it gourmand but more dimentional. A coworker that I share an office with said the room smelled so good, like pumpkin, and was walking around trying to find the scent. now this, is something I had been chasing for MONTHS before I got my hands on it. Disappointing. I cant stop sniffing the bottle, its so buttery and nutty and delicious. The perfect fragrance to wear to Starbucks, in the dead of winter. I adore how it smells but I'm not sure if I want to smell like it. Its not as sweet as Id have liked or expected (the original Cheirosa is extremely sweet, so I was hoping this one would be on that level too). So this smells like a candle I would like lol so for that I enjoy it and find it comforting. I'm not sure I've ever smelled a more realistic caramel/marshmallow/chocolate scent. It layers nicely with the Bum Bum cream, but Cheirosa 71 is much like the other fragrances in that line in that the scents don't last very long. (from the brand website). It also has a a bit of smokey-ness to it. Smells like the subway macadamian cookies, a very rich rich caramelly sweetness added to it. WOW, this really does smell like a white chocolate macadamia cookie on first spray. This smells exactly like Outremer Vanille. We like to fill ours with water and mist our plants! I was always hoping that the brand would bottle the scent of the lip butter and now my dream has come true haha! HIGHLY recommend it as a hair mist. I Wanted to try it to see what the gourmand scent is all about and this really is gourmand. This is one strong juice. Not the smell of cookies baking, but sticking up a caramel cookie to your nose and the scent is smooth, buttery. If this scent lasted long I would make it my signature scent. YUMMY! Look no future than my comment just order it girl, Cheriosa 71 smells like a Macadamia nut cookie. Heard some great reviews so I blindly ordered the biggest bottle (8 oz), IN LOVE with this on paper and in the bottle but after wearing it for a while it starts to smell just like when you spill something sweet on your shirt on a hot day and the smell wafts up to you and its just a bit obnoxious. At first I thought it was just me who smelt this, i thought it was just my nose or my skins PH, until I saw someone on tiktok describe it as the same. But the nuttiness is stale, and the white chocolate note (or is it the caramel?) I only wish it lasted longer or that they would make a EDP of it! It would be nice if they came out with the matching lotion to prolong the scent. Sweet, long lasting, if you spray it in your hair you will smell like funnel cakes all day long. The opening always has me choking because of how sweet and strong it is but then it dries down into a beautiful gourmand scent. Spritz head to toe any time and on your hair so your scent moves with you. This smells like an actual smore. Perfect scent for cuddling up on the couch and binge-watching TV shows. A sensorial celebration, Cheirosa 71 leaves you so cheirosa, which in Brazil means you smell incredibly delicious and irresistible. Better for cooler months but I think you could wear it in summer if you don't over do it. As for the smell itself, its eye-rollingly delicious. The butteriness isnt off putting, it just literally smells like a cookie. Decently long lasting for a body mist and it layers so well with bum bum cream and any other vanilla body products. It really does smell good enough to eat! Went to go try Cheirosa 62 today and came out with a bottle of this instead becauseit's delicious. I dont think its noticeable unless your nose is right where you sprayed it, but its very wheaty with an almost plain popcorn type scent in the beginning. I wanted to love this so much but I just don't :( it smells too 'burnt' for me! A white chocolate cookie and some cinnamon bun vibes. For a body spray, it has excellent performance. If you want to smell sweet in a really straight to the point way, this is perfect :) I will probably use it as a room spray when I am feeling down or sell it! Cheirosa 71 is inspired by our Brazilian muse Leila Diniz, who in 1971, at eight months pregnant wore a bikini on the beaches of Rio. Im blaming the white chocolate note for this. It lastas really well too (better than most of my expensive perfumes!). I was really hoping to love this but all I smelled of when I wore this was burnt popcorn. I bought it and I love using it at the same time as the Bum Bum Cream, if you wear both it helps the mist's performance, feels stronger and stays a bit longer on the skin. I am normally a major lover of gourmand scents so it is not a matter of gourmand being too much for me in general, I just think this scent is too overpowering in the nuttiness for me! The price point cannot be beat, either. I sprayed this on at 9:30 am, and now at 8:30 pm I can still smell it quite strongly- and thats on skin, not fabric. Couldn't stop sniffing my wrists. For my preferences, it is too nutty and the caramel is too heavy and rich. I've had so many people go out of their way to compliment this smell on me. I love cheirosa 40. I adore this, I can't wait until fall so I can wear it everywhere. It is so good!! warm cookies, that buttery popcorn, the sweetness the vanilla ahhhh its delicious id like to bathe in this and smell like this all the time but it just does not last on my skin??? I'm a huge fan of the original bum bum scent but this blows it out of the water. On me it goes salty, warm vanilla milk. When it settles - I get delicious wafts of chocolate and (macadamia) nuts! I also enjoyed spraying it in my hair. This one is EXTREMELY overwhelming. INLOVE with this. There is no warm, cozy, cookie smell instead there is a persistent smell of salty, buttery nuts that have been nearly burnt. its soo warm and comforting perfect for cuddling under blankets and occasions like that, but i dont think ill wear this one out because of how buttery it pulls on me. I admit, I dont love that particular creamy floral accord, so thats a con for me. This scent reminds me of BBW Christmas Cookies/Merry Cookie with extra caramel added. And for this price? Syrupy sweet, a little salty. Fast forward to 2022 when I saw they had a body mist version for 20 USD. The caramel note in this is dark, a smidge smoky and almost burnt, but its got a pleasant crme brle sort of vibe. But bedtime scent for any season. It's creamy, it's sweet, it's completely addictive. Really strong caramel popcorn. I understand how some people get caramel popcorn but to me its definitely closer to a batch of freshly baked cookies. Love this scent! Freshly applied, it appears very loud for the first 5 minutes but then settles down and becomes a skin scent that I enjoy smelling on myself throughout the day. The coconut peeks through but is subtle. Even when I layer it with other creamy and vanillic fragrances, it takes away from them instead of blending nicely. I think the salt is what really makes this fragrance. This smells straight up like popcorn when you first spray it on.
