The slightly stiffer inner lining made it feel more mass-produced, especially compared to the fabric of Bonobos or maybe Suitsupply, and as they were in the same price range, this was disappointing. Out of curiosity, Raphael tried it on, and this is actually what inspired him to order the size L jacket after the fact! Even though a 44 regular is usually Raphaels size, a 46 probably would have been better here, because Suitsupplys jackets seem to run a little small. Fortunately, the shoulders had no padding and were quite soft, which is to be expected with an unconstructed jacket. It also had larger armholes, shoulder padding, and a lower-quality fabric (a stretch virgin wool from Italian mill Marzotto which is 99% of wool 1% elastane).
